My E P I C ass CarbNite. When it was time for dessert, I could barely finish that shit. I went to bed feeling like a whale, hahahahah!

To the left was part of last nights dinner. I totally fucked myself over yesterday & went well over 30g of carbs. Oh fucking wells! New day, new slate. Breaking the fast with my anykine left over salad… I threw in some tofu, turkey & cock sauce, duh!

Ending my 18hr fast; wanted to push for 20, but it would’ve fell within my #carbnite window 🍩🍪🍰🍋🍦🍫 #day10 Does anyone know if local grocers carry the red velvet pop tarts?!???

^^My huge ass meal after my shoulder/trap workout last night, woooooo!



My ass has been VERY disciplined. I’m so so proud of myself. I can’t wait for my damn Carb Nite tomorrow. It’ll be a grand fucking treat.

I’m loving this shit, but I don’t see it beneficial for long term use. After I cut 20lbs, I’ll be back to my regular healthy meals without the stress of going over 30g of carbs… or I’ll even transition over to Carb Back Loading.

So far, I’ve loss over 6lbs within the last 9 days. I’m ecstatic & my body’s reacting as it should with the total carb depletion. I’m light headed in the mornings, but after my first meal I feel crazy burst of energy and am normally not hungry following that meal.

It’s getting close to my menstrual cycle so my hormones are getting chaotic & I was craving sweets real bad yesterday, but I opted for my mixed nuts.

Physically, I see that I’m stronger with more reps & more weight. I’m absolutely not diggn my cardio workouts though >_<
